To apply or renew your parking permit by mail/in person, please mail/bring a completed application to the Office of the Parking Clerk, City Hall, 500 Broadway, Room 209, Chelsea, MA 02150. We encourage you to check out the FAQs before you start.
Please be advised you will need the following information ready to complete your application. This article is also available in Spanish.
2022 Residential Parking Sticker
The residential parking sticker has been extended until May 2022 in order to stop the spread of COVID-19. The current sticker expiring on February 28, 2021 will be valid until May 1, 2022.
All other permits/stickers will expire on February 28, 2022.

Para solicitar y/o renovar su permiso de estacionamiento por correo postal y/o en persona, por favor imprima y complete este formulario. Una vez completo, envíelo/tráigalo a la Oficina de Estacionamiento de la Alcaldía, 500 Broadway, Oficina 209, Chelsea, MA 02150. Please be advised you will need the following information ready to complete your application. This article is also available in Spanish.
- License Plate Number
- Your Vehicle Make (Example: Honda)
- Your Vehicle Model (Example: Civic)
- A current and valid certificate of registration for the vehicle listing the address of the applicant and that the vehicle is garaged in Chelsea.
- A current driver’s license, other identification issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, utility bill, or any other documentation deemed acceptable by the Parking Clerk which lists the residential address of the applicant in Chelsea.

- Número de tablilla
- Marca de su vehículo (Por ejemplo: Honda)
- Modelo de su Vehículo (Por ejemplo: Civic)
- Un certificado de registro de su vehículo vigente y válido que indique su dirección y que el vehículo se estaciona en Chelsea.
- Una copia de su licencia de conducir y/o una identificación emitida por el Estado de Massachussets, un recibo y/o cualquier otra documentación validada por el Secretario de la Ciudad que confirme su dirección.
